Gruhn Guitars is easy to find. We're in downtown Nashville at the corner of Fourth Ave. and Broadway. And, we have about the only free customer parking in the downtown area. Nashville is at the junction of three major interstates: I-40, I-24 and I-65. They meet at an inner loop around downtown (which also includes the connector I-265).
The easiest way to Gruhn's is from I-40 as it loops west of downtown. Take the Broadway exit and turn east toward downtown. You'll see a McDonald's on your right, if you're headed in the right direction.
On Broadway, you will pass Hume-Fogg High School on your left (where Dinah Shore went to high school). Proceed to Fifth Ave and turn LEFT on FIFTH. The Grand Ole Opry House will now be on your right.
On Fifth, go to the first traffic light and turn RIGHT on COMMERCE.

On Commerce, go to the first traffic light and turn RIGHT ON FOURTH. Straight ahead, at eye level, you should see four-story brick building with a big blue-and-orange sign about 30 feet high painted on the back. Come on down the hill, turn right into our parking lot, and COME ON IN! Alternate route: From the south loop of I-40, take the Second/Fourth Ave. exit, and take Second Ave. north toward downtown. Cross Broadway and then take the first left, on Commerce St. From Commerce St., take the second left onto Fourth Ave. Gruhn's is straight ahead on the right. |
