WHAT IS FREDDIE?
Our last contest was the "What is Freddie?" contest. Entrants tried to guess just what Freddy (the mascot flying above) IS for a chance to win prizes.

We received some really hilarious and creative entries and here they are along with a statement from the creator of "Freddie," George Gruhn, that tells just what Freddie IS!

Our latest contest was our "Find The Freddies" contest and 50 people tracked down the elusive little beastie to win a set of George Gruhn & Walter Carter coffee table books, Acoustic Guitars and Other Fretted Instruments and Electric Guitars and Basses. Our grand prize winner was:

Five runners-up each received a copy of Gruhn's Guide to Vintage Guitars , the field guide to identifying vintage fretted instruments. They are:
